Wedding Photography FAQs – Everything You Need to Know

How far in advance should we book you?

We recommend booking as soon as possible, especially if your wedding is during peak season (spring and summer). Dates can fill up quickly, so it’s best to secure your date 12–18 months in advance.

Do you require a deposit to secure our date?

Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding.

Do you travel for weddings outside of the West Midlands?

Yes! While we’re based in the West Midlands, we love to travel and are happy to cover weddings anywhere in the UK or abroad. Travel fees may apply for weddings beyond 50 miles of our base.

How many photos will we receive?

On average, you’ll receive 300–500 fully edited, high-resolution images depending on your chosen package and the length of coverage.

Can we print our photos?

Yes! All of our packages include high-resolution images with printing rights, so you can print them wherever you like. We also offer professional print and album services for the highest quality keepsakes.

When will we receive our photos?

Depending on the package you choose, you’ll receive a sneak peek of 10 photos within 48 hours of your wedding. Your full gallery will be ready within 4–6 weeks. For Luxury Collection clients, we offer priority editing (full gallery within 2 weeks).

What happens if we’re camera shy?

You’re in great hands! We specialize in working with couples who feel nervous in front of the camera. Our candid approach focuses on capturing natural, beautiful moments without forcing awkward poses.

Do you offer video services?

Currently, we focus exclusively on photography. However, we work closely with trusted videographers and can recommend excellent professionals who match our style.

What happens if you’re unable to photograph our wedding due to an emergency?

In the unlikely event that we cannot attend, we have a network of talented photographers we trust to step in. We would also handle all coordination to ensure your day is covered seamlessly.

Can you help us plan our wedding day timeline?

Absolutely! We’ll work with you during our pre-wedding consultation to craft a photography timeline that ensures we capture every important moment without rushing or missing out.

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes! Engagement sessions are included in our Premium and Luxury Collections and can also be added to any package. They’re a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and capture beautiful pre-wedding memories.

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

Rain doesn’t stop us from creating stunning images! We’ll come prepared with umbrellas and scout beautiful indoor or covered locations at your venue. Some of our favorite photos have been taken on rainy days.

Can we see a full wedding gallery before booking?

Of course! We’re happy to share a complete gallery from a recent wedding so you can get a better sense of our style and storytelling.
